    Onsite support after a crisis

    Dreams had a fire in a warehouse in Scotland shortly after Christmas in 2009. The MRIB consultant was onsite within 12 hours to help them with the claim. He put the Disaster Recovery Plan into action and they were relocated to new premises within 48 hours - with minimal disruption. Read more

    Getting claims paid that have failed direct

    Tim had always dealt directly with his insurance provider. When his travel plans were disrupted due to illness he submitted a claim. It was rejected. So he called on MRIB for support.
