Minimising inconvenience and disruption

One of MRIB’s clients unfortunately lost his hearing aid, and he therefore contacted the MRIB Claims Team to make a claim.

An estimate for the cost of replacement was requested and this was received by MRIB and then immediately submitted to insurers.The claim was processed ‘same day’ and a cheque sent to the client by MRIB within a week of the initial contact.

The client telephoned upon receipt of the cheque to show his gratitude to MRIB for the speed of the claim settlement, which provided him with maximum reassurance and peace of mind.
